The samples above began with a layer of blue, green and turquoise paint. When I begin I have no idea what the end result will be. I just go by instinct, adding whatever colour feels right, although with two of these samples I deliberately went dark and the other two, light, leaving some of the under layers showing through in small areas.
The first layer of these samples were collaged papers, although very little can be seen of them by the end!
