Today is Mothering Sunday and I am meeting my parents for lunch. This is the card I have made for my special mother. The background was part of some experimental acrylic painting on top of black gesso. The flowers and tree were collaged on, and to blend them into the background I used watercolour paints. I then added stick-on lettering and spray varnished it before mounting on A5 cream card stock.
